Pasta with octopus sauce, Maltese cuisine

Thanks to those globetrotting friends I have, I can prepare more than one international recipe at home. I like those dishes whose preparation pass me directly, without having passed cybernetic filters or adaptations to nationalize them. A man from Cordoba who has just arrived from Malta recommended some macaroni with a tasty sauce (vegetable sauce and meat or fish cooked slowly) of octopus.
