Piadinas with olive oil and whole wheat flour

I love the piadinas. The ones that I share with you today are made with extra virgin olive oil but they can also be made with lard. We are going to prepare them with white wheat flour mixed with whole wheat flour. That way they will be a little healthier.

When it comes to filling, the possibilities are endless. My proposal: cooked ham with mozzarella. If once you fill them you put them back in the pan, already folded, the mozzarella will melt ... prepared in this way they are quite a spectacle.

All the piadinas are typical of northern Italy. Children love this dish as much as the pizza, especially since everyone can choose their favorite filling.
