1 refrigerated dough ad brie
3 chicken breasts
4 leeks
Half a glass of white wine
Mashed potatoes
Grated cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Sal Island
Ground black pepper

Preparation

We chop the leek to julienne and put it to cook in a pan with a little olive oil. When we see that it begins to brown, we add the minced chicken with salt and pepper. We let it sauté, and add the white wine, letting everything cook for about 5 minutes.
In a pot we put the potato to cook, and let it cook until it is soft.
Prepare a round container and place the refrigerated brie dough, and place the mashed potato on the base. On it a layer of leek and chicken.
Cover again with the mashed potato and sprinkle a little grated cheese on top. We cover it with the dough, and we heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake for about 20 minutes until the dough looks golden, at 180 degrees.
