We refuse to say goodbye to summer, because with this good weather, we still want to enjoy the heat and the most summery recipes.

So today we are going to prepare a delicious natural pineapple smoothie that is to die for. You can do it with or without thermomix, to taste!

Ingredients

  • 1 natural pineapple
  • 1 plátano
  • 2 pineapple yogurts
  • 400 gr of skimmed milk
  • 150 g sugar
  • Crushed ice, to taste
  • Grated coconut for garnish

Preparation

  1. We put the pineapple slices, the banana, the yogurts and the skimmed milk in the Thermomix glass. Blend everything for 1 minute at progressive speed 5-10, until we have a fine mixture.

  2. Prepare some glasses with a little crushed ice and add the smoothie.

  3. Garnish with a little grated coconut sprinkled on top, and serve with some straws.
