Preparation

1. Spread the pizza dough on a tray or on the oven counter. Leave it as stretched as possible, and once you have it, put the tomato sauce on top, always leaving about a centimeter of each edge without sauce, and then roll it up without problems and without staining everything.

2. Once you have the sauce on, go placing the slices of pepperoni or chorizo ​​(if you don't want to make it with pepperoni, you can use other ingredients such as ham, tuna, bacon, chicken, minced meat, etc.) once you have them well distributed throughout all the dough, add small pieces of mozzarella cubes. About 4 or 5 for each imaginary line you make, as we show you in the image. Once you have them well placed, roll the pizza carefully until you get a curl.

3. Prepare the cupcake molds, and cut the roll about 2 centimeters thick, and place each of the resulting rolls on the cupcake mold, with the rolled part up.

4. Once you have them ready, put a few more slices of pepperoni and a little grated mozzarella on top, and put them in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees, until we see that the balls are well golden and the cheese is melted. .
