We have mixed in one special rolled pizza in snack mode, which has several ingredients: Cheese, bell pepper, pepperoni and black olives. A mixture that gives a spectacular flavor.

A fresh pizza base
24 pepperoni slices
Sliced pitted black olives
Diced green bell pepper
4 mozzarella sticks in strips
1 beaten egg
Ground oregano
Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

To get these mozzarella bars, it's best to ask your usual delicatessen to make you two or three thick slices of mozzarella, because you're going to make sticks. Once you have them, leave the mozzarella sticks in the freezer for 15 minutes before preparing the pizza bites.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Stretch the fresh pizza dough and make 8 triangles with it. Take each of the triangles and in the widest part first put 3 slices of pepperoni, the green pepper in small cubes, the mozzarella stick on top and next to it the black olives in slices.
Roll up carefully so that no ingredient escapes, and when you have rolled it up, seal the remaining peaks by placing them on top of the bun and painting them with a little beaten egg and with the help of a brush.
Finish painting each pizza bun with the egg and sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese and oregano on top.
Bake each bun in an oven tray lined with baking paper, for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees, until you see that they are golden.
Serve your pizza rolls with your favorite sauce.
