This homemade pizza-flavored bread is going to be all the rage. So much so that you may have to stop going to the bakery because from now on the children will ask you every day for this bread made with dried tomato and oregano.

Alone, for canapés, on toasts, like croutons, grated ... How many uses this bread has!

Everyone likes pizza so we are going to prepare a bread that tastes like this very special dish

500 gr. strength flour
25 gr. Fresh Yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
10 gr. of salt
300 ml. chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
250 gr. dried tomatoes (powdered or finely chopped)
2 cloves of garlic
oregano
pepper
black olives or capers (optional)

Preparation

We dissolve the yeast with the sugar in a little warm water and add a small amount of flour. We let this mixture foam.
Combine the flours with the salt.
Make a hole in the center and add the yeast dough, the lukewarm broth, the oil, the dried tomatoes, ground or chopped (or half and half), the crushed garlic, oregano and pepper.
We are kneading everything from the center outwards until we achieve a smooth and elastic bun. Cover and let ferment for half an hour.
We knead again and incorporate the extra ingredients such as olives or capers.
We form a bun again and let it rest for another half hour on the oven tray.
After that time, we bake the bread for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees in the preheated oven.
