Homemade pizza base
500 gr of onion.
250 gr of goat cheese in a roll.
Fried tomato
2 bags of grated mozzarella
2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

Start by cutting the onion into julienne strips, and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil. When you have it poached, add the two tablespoons of sugar and let it finish poaching and caramelizing for about 15 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
While we are making the caramelized onion, heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Spread the pizza base on an oven rack and on a baking paper. Put it to heat in the oven for about 3 minutes at 180 degrees to make it crispier.
Take the base out of the oven and start preparing the pizza. Put fried tomato on it, and on top of it, the grated mozzarella spread all over the pizza. Once you have it, add the caramelized onion and the goat cheese cubes.
Place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes and you will have a perfect pizza to eat.
