Take for granted that this recipe is going to become a favorite of children and, possibly, adults as well. It is a lasagna with a very tasty filling made with pork sausages cooked on the barbecue and tomato.
Also carry a light bechamel and a delicious salsa de tomato. The latter will be put raw and will serve both to hydrate the lasagna plates and to give the touch of freshness that the dish needs.
We have used pre-cooked lasagna plates so we will save the step of cooking the pasta before assembling the lasagna. Easier, impossible.
