The oatmeal u "oat flakes" are highly appreciated in the Anglo-Saxon world, and are usually eaten at breakfast in the form of sweet porridge, but without the hassle (blessed) of the porridge or poleas that we have already presented in recetín. I usually buy mine in the international section of a well-known department store. 2 and a half minutes in the microwave They will be enough for the oat flakes to hydrate and absorb all the flavors that we add to the liquid (like rice does). Accompany with dehydrated fruits varied (banana, coconut, raisins, apple), or fresh (strawberries, apple, orange….) and / or a drizzle of honey, chocolate syrup… At the consumer's taste! Microwave and traditional version included.
This is great (at least I love it) and it's very easy to do it on the mic:
Porridge: some oatmeal porridge that will taste like rice pudding

NOTE: When it takes a minute and a half, stop, stir, and program the remaining time.
Traditional method:
- Mix the oatmeal with the milk and 1/2 cinnamon stick (or ground cinnamon) in a heavy-bottomed pot (whichever you have that doesn't stick).
- When it starts to boil, lower the heat, add the sugar and honey and cook slowly for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Accompany with dehydrated fruits, more ground cinnamon, honey, a splash of cream, chocolate syrup…. Innovate!
