We know that preparing good beans with compango takes time. But what if we haven't even soaked the beans and want them ready in half an hour? Well, we will have to pull the pot beans, of which are already cooked and canned.
They are not the same but they give the hit, especially if we cook them with compango: that wonderful invention of sausage, bacon and blood sausage.
We are also going to put a little pepper, carrot and potato. When the latter are cooked, our beans will be ready.
Potted beans with compango
A "cheat" dish because we will use canned beans.

Ingredients
- 25 g of bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 15 g of extra virgin olive oil
- Half a pack of compango
- 1/2 level teaspoon flour
- A little paprika
- Sal Island
- 1 Carrot
- 250 g potato (2 medium potatoes)
- 400 g canned beans (weight once drained)
- Water
Preparation
Put the oil in a saucepan or a small saucepan. Peel the garlic cloves and chop the pepper. We put them in the saucepan, so that they sauté.
We add the chorizo, the blood sausage and the bacon.
We sauté too.
We peel the potato and the carrot. We chop both ingredients and also put them in the saucepan.
We put our canned beans in a strainer to remove the liquid and wash them under running cold water from the tap.
We put the beans in our saucepan and cover everything with water.
Let cook for about 20 minutes. It will be ready when the potato and carrot are soft.
Let stand a few minutes, degrease if necessary and serve.
