- Peppers
- A spoonful of chopped parsley
- 5 slices of cheese
- 140 g of grated cheese
- Olive oil
- A spoonful of chopped parsley
Preparation
- We cut onion in small pieces and we peel the garlic and cut them into small pieces.
- We put in a frying pan a jet of olive oil. When hot, sauté the onion with the garlic and let it soften.
- We add minced meat, season with salt and pepper and let it cool with the onion. We let it brown almost at the end. a teaspoon of paprika.
- We peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. We put them in a saucepan with water and put them to boil with a little salt.
- When they are cooked we drain them and we put them in a bowl.
- With the help of a fork we crush them and rectify with salt and pepper. Add the egg and a tablespoon of chopped parsley.
- We are adding the flour little by little and we form a compact and smooth dough. We divide the dough into two parts and form two balls.
- We flatten the ball of dough to form a cake of the same size which frying pan we are going to use.
- We put the dough in the pan, add the slices of cheese, place the minced meat on top and cover with grated cheese.
- With the other ball of dough we do the same as in the previous step. We stretch it and we shape it into a cake, which will be the same size as the first. We place it on top and press the edges with our fingers so that it seals and stays closed. We let it brown for 15 minutes over low heat on the one hand. Then we will brown it on the other side, turning it over as if it were an omelette. Our pancake is ready and we will serve it hot on both sides.
