Potato salad with smoked cod

Ingredients
- 2 natural peppers or 1 jar of roasted peppers
- A splash of olive oil to roast the peppers
- Half a bag of mixed lettuce sprouts
- Small potatoes 8
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 150 g of smoked cod
- Olive oil to dress the salad
- Vinegar of Modena in cream

Preparation
If you have chosen to roast the Red peppers: place the whole peppers on a tray that can go in the oven, pour a drizzle of olive oil over them and salt them. Put in the oven at 180° between 35 and 40 minutes.
We put the potatoes to cook in a saucepan. Cover with water and add a little salt. We will let them cook and be soft.
When we have the peppers peel and cut into strips. When we have the potatoes, we will peel them and cut them into slices.
We prepare all the ingredients together and let's go plating the salad For this we will take a metal pastry ring to make a kettledrum. In this way, the salad will be much more collected and centered.
We start by putting a base of cooked potato. Then a layer of lettuce mix with a few drops of olive oil and a pinch of salt
The next layer will be roasted red pepper strips and another layer above smoked cod.
We add more cooked potato, a layer of lettuce mix and we will finish with two cherry tomatoes, diced. Add salt and a few drops of olive oil again.
Finally we will remove the metal ring and we will be able to observe how the collected salad is. Top with a splash of cream balsamic vinegar.
