Ingredients
  • 2 natural peppers or 1 jar of roasted peppers
  • A splash of olive oil to roast the peppers

Preparation
  1. If you have chosen to roast the Red peppers: place the whole peppers on a tray that can go in the oven, pour a drizzle of olive oil over them and salt them. Put in the oven at 180° between 35 and 40 minutes.
  2. We put the potatoes to cook in a saucepan. Cover with water and add a little salt. We will let them cook and be soft.
