We are going to prepare a potato garnish lighter than traditional french fries. For this we will cook the potatoes in water, with the skin. Then we are going to peel them, chop them and go through the pan with a drizzle of oil.
To give them flavor we will put some cloves of garlic and also parsley. But what will really make them delicious will be a splash of vinegar. It may seem strange to some, but I guarantee that they look really good.
You can serve them to accompany this stewed loin and also how appetizer. Of course, it goes great with baked or grilled fish.
