Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 wedges of semi-cured cheese
- 250 ml water
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of meat concentrate. Bovril sauce.
- 1 tablet of meat concentrate
- 200 ml of frying oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of ground black pepper
Preparation
- We started by making our gravy sauce. In a small saucepan we add the 250 ml of water and the tablet of meat concentrate. We heat the water until the tablet dissolves.
- We cast the spoon of flour and we stir quickly so that it dissolves and leaves the least possible lumps. To remove any possible lumps we can pass the sauce through a strainer, so it will be smooth and soft.
- We return to heat the sauce and add the tablespoon meat concentrate. We let it cook for two minutes and set aside.
- We peel and cut the potatoes in medium squares. We put them to fry in a pan with oil.
- After frying we take them out and place them on a plate. We add the pinch of salt.
- We place above the cheese made into pieces while the potatoes are still warm.
- We overturn above hot sauce so the cheese can melt a little. We add the pinch of black pepper on top.
