Starting a Monday like today with joy and energy, it is essential to start this month of September with enthusiasm, and to help you a little bit we want to put our grain of sand with a very nice and loving recipe where the main ingredient is the strawberries. Puff pastry hearts with strawberries

Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of water
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 6 tablespoons Nutella
- 6 tablespoons of strawberry jam
- 2 large strawberries, cut lengthwise in the shape of a heart
- Brown sugar
Preparation
Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees and on the baking tray, put baking paper.
In a small bowl, mix the egg yolk with a teaspoon of water and let it rest.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles of approximately 4 centimeters. In total, you should get about 12 rectangles, since we are going to make 6 cupcakes.
Take six of the rectangles and make a heart shape in the center of each one, using the strawberries that you have broken into heart shapes as a guide.
In the other six remaining rectangles, spread a heaping tablespoon of Nutella, always leaving room for the edges, without adding any filling. On top of the Nutella, put a layer of strawberry jam and keep leaving that margin on the edge.
Place the strawberry heart right in the center of the cupcake, on top of the strawberry jam and cover with the puff pastry that we have reserved with the heart shape in the center.
Seal the edges of the cupcakes with the help of a fork, and then paint the entire cake with the beaten egg with a brush.
Once you have it, sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown, then allow to cool for about 5 minutes before eating.
