You can not imagine how they succeed mini pizzas among the smallest. They love them. And they enjoy them even more if they are the ones who have prepared them.
They are prepared with dough puff pastry but, because of their shape, they look so much like pizzas that at home we call them that. To make them you can not miss the tomato and mozzarella cheese, which are cooked with the dough, in the oven. The star ingredient is raw and is added after baking. In this case it is cooked ham but you can substitute it for canned tuna.
Puff pastry mini pizzas
A simple and quick appetizer that drives the little ones crazy.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 beaten egg
- Tomato sauce or crushed natural tomato
- Mozzarella chopped previously and without liquid
- Dried aromatic herbs (our favorites)
- 2 or 3 slices of cooked ham
Preparation
With a pasta cutter or with a glass we make the circles on the puff pastry sheet as seen in the photo, about 8 centimeters in diameter or the size that interests us. We prick them with a fork.
Brush each circle with beaten egg.
We put on the surface crushed tomato, passata or tomato sauce (depending on what we have at home).
We also put the pieces of mozzarella that we have previously let drain and also the aromatic herbs.
Bake at 200 for approximately 25-30 minutes, until we see that the puff pastry is golden.
Once out of honor, we cut the cooked ham into strips and put it on our minipizzas.
