We are going to prepare a empanada following very few steps. We will use natural tomato that we will grate ourselves. We will also put other ingredients: canned peas, raw rolled mushrooms, tuna and hard-boiled egg.
To make our lives easier we are going to use two sheets of puff pastry of which we find in the refrigerated section. But we can make the dough ourselves if we have a little time. Here I leave you a recipe in case you dare.
You can prepare this pie for picnic, for dinner, as an aperitif or a main course. A recipe like today's will always thank you.
