Butchery sausages
Slices of cooked ham
A plate of puff pastry
1 egg
Grated cheese

Preparation

We start by removing the skin from the sausages, with the help of a knife. And once we have removed it, we fry them with very little oil in a pan, simply so that they brown on both sides.
Take out the sausages and put them on a board where we will have the slices of cooked ham fully stretched, and we will roll the slice of ham onto the sausage.
Spread out the puff pastry, and roll the sausage up again with the puff pastry, taking care that the seam of the puff pastry stays down so it doesn't open.
Now we cut into small cubes, the size that we see as salty, and paint them with the egg yolk.
We place them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
We will keep them in the oven until we see that the puff pastry rises, turns golden and begins to take shape.
Once the puff pastry is golden, we take them out, add the grated cheese and put them back in for a couple more minutes. In this way, the cheese will not burn.
You can take them both hot and cold, they are delicious both ways.
