Do you fancy a different aperitif? So let's make some pumpkin and bacon rolls to lick your fingers.

We are going to cook the pumpkin for only two minutes in the microwave and we are going to brown the bacon in the pan, so that it is crispy.

We will only have to form those rolls and fix them with a simple toothpick. Serve it with some crackers and you will have a starter of ten.

Ingredients
  • 190 g pumpkin
  • 150 g of bacon
  • crackers
Preparation
  1. We put the pumpkin portion in a bowl and put it in the microwave. Two minutes at full power will suffice.
  2. We take the pumpkin out of the microwave.
  3. We remove the skin with a knife.
  4. Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
  5. In a frying pan, fry the bacon. It is not necessary to put oil because the important thing is that the bacon releases its fat.
  6. Remove the bacon and place it on a plate lined with absorbent paper.
  7. Wrap each pumpkin dice with half a slice of bacon.
  8. We prick each portion with a toothpick and put it on the table with some crackers.
