Ingredients
2 green apples
1 kg of pumpkin
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 sweet onion
750 ml of homemade chicken broth

Preparation
We clean the apples, peel them and cut them into quarters, removing the core. We do the same with the pumpkin and cut it into pieces. Then, we chop the onion and sauté it in a saucepan with the oil until it is cooked.
In the same saucepan, add the apples with the chopped pumpkin and sauté it all for a few minutes. Add the chicken broth and a little salt. We let everything boil over high heat until it breaks and then over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Once we have everything, we cook it, return it to the bowl of the blender and mix everything well until the cream is smooth and homogeneous. If you see that it is a bit thick, add a little more broth.
Place the bacon strips in the oven and cook for about 8 minutes.
Present the pumpkin cream inside the small pumpkins to make it more original.
