It's pumpkin season! And soon we will be going crazy looking for recipes for Halloween. Today we have a recipe for the simplest pumpkin burgers for all those who like to enjoy vegetarian recipes.

Ingredients

  • 250 gr de harina
  • 1 kilo of pumpkin, peeled
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr of Black Olives
  • 80 gr of grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Grate the peeled pumpkin with a grater and mix with the flour, eggs and garlic, until you get a paste.

  2. Add the finely chopped black olives, salt, pepper, and grated cheddar cheese.

  3. Make the shape of the hamburgers and heat a frying pan with the oil.

  4. Cook the burgers until they are well browned on the outside.

They are delicious, and you can accompany them with your favorite dish.

      Yes you can, although it will take longer.
      If calories are what you are worried about, grease the griddle or frying pan with a little oil. Spread it out with the help of a kitchen paper and brown the hamburgers on both sides.
      Do not make them too thick so you will avoid that the center remains raw.
