I have used this 4-spice blend in many of the recipes. In Anglo-Saxon countries they sell them already mixed and they are bought like snail spices here or curry, in little boats. Here, except in specialized stores or gourmet centers, it is difficult to find them, but why not make our own at home and always have them on hand?
They are good for flavoring cookies, apple pies, pumpkin pies, sweet potato pies, donuts and a long etcetera. Of course, keep it in an airtight container so that it does not lose aroma.
