Ingredients

• 1 shortcrust pastry base
• 1 carton of custard or catalan cream
• 2 juice oranges
• 1 caramel jar
• cinnamon powder

Preparation

1. Firstly, grate the skin of 2 oranges superficially and mix it with the custard and a little ground cinnamon.

2. With this cream we fill the shortcrust pastry base almost to the top.

3. Now we peel the oranges thoroughly, removing the white skin, and let them drain a bit to release excess juice.

4. After a couple of minutes, we arrange them on the cream and water with caramel.
