Preparing a paella does not have to mean spending a lot of time in the kitchen. With this recipe for an express pot you will make it much faster

1 glass of rice (200 gr.)
500 ml. of water or chicken broth
1 red pepper
1 ripe tomato
100 gr. garrofón or large white beans
100 gr. of green beans
300 gr. rabbit meat
300 gr. chopped chicken
saffron threads
shawl
oil

Preparation

We put the pot on the fire with an oil base and fry the red pepper strips for a couple of minutes. We remove it.
In the same oil, brown the meat with salt and pepper and when it is ready, add the peeled and grated tomato. We give a couple of laps and add the pepper.
Then we add the rice and the saffron and sauté for a minute. It is time to put the vegetables, taste the salt and add the broth.
Stir, cover the pressure cooker and when the steam begins to come out of the valve we count 10 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, we remove the pot from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes without removing the pressure valve.
Then we uncover the pot and serve.
