This tiramisu is inspired by some coconut and white chocolate bonbons perhaps not as well known as those announced by Isabel Preysler. A cold, creamy and very aromatic dessert in which of course the base cakes, the egg and the mascarpone are still present. It would be more.

This tiramisu is one of my favorites because the coconut flavor gives it an incredibly delicious touch.

Ingredients

1 package of sponge cakes
4-6 eggs
100 gr. sugar
500 gr. mascarpone
6 tablespoons of grated coconut

Preparation

We begin by mounting the yolks with the sugar until they are very creamy and white.
Then, we add the mascarpone and mix again.
Melt the white chocolate and mix it with the previous preparation
We also add the grated coconut.
On the other hand, we mount the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt
We incorporate them into the coconut and egg cream.
We dip the cakes in a mixture of milk with a little bit of liquor.
In a mold, we begin by putting a base of biscuits tightly packed together
We pour a layer of cream, spread it and continue alternating layers of cake and this cream
We finish with cream and sprinkle with grated coconut and a few chopped almonds.
