You can't imagine your little one eating raisins, right? Well, today we are going to prepare a funniest recipe so that they get used to this flavor. We will cover them in chocolate.
These raisins can be a good option to sweeten the picnic of the kids. Also keep them in mind for birthday parties and gatherings with friends because you will surprise everyone by saying that they are made at home.
One important thing: use sultanas raisins. So you will not find nuggets inside.
- 35 g sultana raisins
- About 35 g of chocolate fondant
- We prepare the chocolate.
- We put it in a bowl and melt it in the microwave (one minute will be enough) or in a bain-marie. We mix with a spoon until it is completely melted.
- We are introducing the raisins, to bathe them completely with the chocolate.
- To make them perfect, once they are covered in chocolate, we put them to dry on a greaseproof paper.
- They will be ready when the chocolate that bathes the raisins is completely hard.
