There are not so many ingredients that the ratatouille that you see in the photo: lots of zucchini, onion, pepper, tomato and a good olive oil.
The secret is respect the cooking times of each product. For that we cook the zucchini on one side and the tomato on the other. We also cook the onion and pepper separately. When everything is mixed, the party begins: we get an exceptional dish that screams for one or two fried eggs.
