Ingredients for 4 people: 24 razor clams, olive oil, an onion, a clove of garlic, a bay leaf, half a glass of dry white wine, sweet paprika, chopped parsley and salt.
Preparation: We prepare the razors in a container with a lot of water and salt, so that they release the sand. Once done, we take them out and reserve.
In a frying pan with a little oil, we brown the finely chopped garlic and onion, when they begin to brown, add the bay leaf, the glass of white wine and the sweet paprika. Let it cook for a few minutes and add the razors, leave them until they open.
We serve the razor clams with a little sauce on top, and the chopped parsley for garnish.
