Carries carrot, orange and berries that, being frozen, will turn it into a very cool drink. My advice is that the water you use is from the refrigerator. This drink must be taken freshly made and, if we put the ingredients cold, it will be ideal for summer.
The amount of sugar it is approximate. For me, 10 grams is enough, but if you like it sweeter, do not hesitate to add more.
- 140 g carrot, peeled
- 4 oranges well peeled, without the white part
- 100 g of frozen berries
- 420 g of water (220 in the first step and 200 at the end)
- Between 10 and 20 g of sugar
- Peel and chop both the oranges and the carrots.
- We put the carrot in the kitchen robot and program 10 seconds, speed 5.
- We take the berries out of the freezer.
- To the carrot that we have crushed in the glass we add the orange in pieces, the frozen red fruits, the sugar and the water.
- We program 1 minute 30 seconds, speed 10.
- Add the rest of the water (200 g) and mix with the spatula.
- We serve immediately.
