Strawberry soup, a very refreshing starter

Preparation

1. Prepare a saucepan over medium heat, and add the washed and broken strawberries, orange juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, wine, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, chopped mint, pepper and sprig of cinnamon. Let it cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Once weed, put it on a low temperature for 15 minutes.

2. Remove the saucepan from the heat, and let the soup cool to room temperature, remove the cinnamon and add a little salt.
   Use a large strainer to strain out the clumps of the soup and separate the seeds from the fruit. Place the soup in the fridge to chill for at least 2-3 hours.

3. After this time, serve in small bowls, adding red fruits such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries in small pieces and a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a few mint leaves.
