The deep and characteristic aroma of ripe mango permeates this chicken rice dish. A somewhat exotic recipe that, in addition to being cooked, we can also take in the form of a salad. If you prefer to make this recipe with another fruit more akin to children's taste, add peach or pineapple.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice
  • a large, ripe mango
  • 6 shallots or shallots
  • a large chicken breast

Preparation

  1. First we cook the rice in boiling water separately with a little salt and a chicken broth cube
