This ricotta and blackberry tart has all the ingredients to become the perfect dessert for any meal with guests.

250g ricotta cheese
250g of blackberries or blueberries
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2dl sour cream
250g spread cheese
125g butter
125g of Maria cookies
125g almonds
1 tablespoon lemon zest
3 eggs
200g sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch and icing sugar

Preparation

In a container, mix the almonds, butter and biscuits, until forming a homogeneous mass, with which we will line the already greased mold.
In a separate bowl, mix the spreadable cheese, ricotta cheese, cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, beaten eggs, sugar and cornstarch.
We mix very well until everything is linked and without lumps.
Pour this mixture into the mold and put it in the oven at 150º for about 40 minutes.
Once done we can decorate with blackberries and icing sugar.
