Ingredients

  • 1 clean chicken

Preparation

  1. Season the chicken and smear it with oil. We put it in a deep bowl and put it in the microwave. We activate the combined grill and oven function. The ideal is to put an average power for each function.

  2. Halfway through cooking, we turn the chicken over so that it browns on the grill. It will take about 20 or 30 minutes, depending on our taste.

  3. If your oven does not have the combined functions, you can first cook the chicken on medium-high power, covered, and then brown it on the grill.
