Ingredients

  • Red peppers

For the dressing

  • Virgin olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Vinegar
  • Garlic
  • Spring onion

Preparation

  1. Cut the peppers in half, remove the stem and clean them of pips and internal white veins.

  2. We put them on a tray upside down and spray them with a splash of oil.

  3. We cover with film or a lid and put between 5-10 minutes at almost maximum power.

  4. We check the cooking point and leave it covered so that it rests if the pepper is already tender to our liking.

  5. Then we peel them and cut them into strips, taking advantage of the juice they release for the dressing.

  6. We season them and leave them in the fridge so that they take more taste.
