Roasted potatoes with garlic and rosemary

A side of potatoes is always welcome for most meat or fish dishes. The oven is a comfortable and healthy way to cook potatoes since we save on frying them in plenty of oil. To spice them up, we've added the classic herb and garlic dressing. A touch of lemon or wine it doesn't hurt either, even helps them cook faster.
