Ingredients
- A dash of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 round of beef of approximately 1.200 grams
- 2 onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 glass of red wine

Preparation
We put in oil in our cocotte or in a saucepan. Season the meat and seal it, turning it so that it is lightly browned all over.
Once golden, add the onions cut into strips.
Also the pepper in strips.
Let it sauté for about 5 minutes with the meat.
We then add the red wine.
Cook for a few minutes with the lid open to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
We put the lid on and let everything cook, over low heat, for about an hour and a half or two hours.
Once the meat is cooked we put all the vegetables in the glass of a blender or in the glass of the Thermomix and we crush everything.
We remove the mesh from the meat and cut it into slices.
We serve it together with the sauce that we have obtained from mashing the vegetables.
