I hope you like our rustic cake. We will add a little cinnamon but without a doubt, in this case, chocolate is the main protagonist.
Maybe that's why the kids like it so much. We will use a mold of 26 centimeters in diameter, so it is not too high. You can use a plum-cake mold, or a square one if you prefer. The dough is quite compact so you will have to use a spoon to smooth the surface.

Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Royal type baking yeast
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 120 g of sugar
- 150 g of melted butter
- 2 eggs
Preparation
We put the melted butter in a bowl (we can melt it in the microwave).
We incorporate the sugar.
We ride it.
Add the eggs and continue to assemble the mixture.
In another bowl we put the flour, the yeast and the cinnamon. We mix.
We put these ingredients together with the previous ones.
We mix everything well.
Add the chocolate, in pieces, and continue mixing.
We put the mixture in a mold of about 26 centimeters in diameter that we will have previously greased and floured.
We preheat the oven to 200º. When it is hot we put our sponge cake in the oven and bake it for approximately 20 minutes.
