Rustic butter and chocolate sponge cake

I hope you like our rustic cake. We will add a little cinnamon but without a doubt, in this case, chocolate is the main protagonist.

Maybe that's why the kids like it so much. We will use a mold of 26 centimeters in diameter, so it is not too high. You can use a plum-cake mold, or a square one if you prefer. The dough is quite compact so you will have to use a spoon to smooth the surface.
