Ingredients

  • 100 gr. dark chocolate
  • 150 gr. of butter
  • 175 gr. strength flour
  • 50 gr. cornstarch
  • 125 gr. sugar

Preparation

  1. We melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

  2. Beat the butter and sugar with a whisk until it is a homogeneous and assembled mixture.

  3. Mix the two flours in a bowl and add them to the butter mixture while continuing to beat. We also add the chocolate.

  4. Fill a pastry bag with the dough and begin to form cookies on a baking tray covered with non-stick paper. Arrange the cookies well separated from each other.

  5. We cook in the preheated oven for about 14-15 minutes at 200 degrees. Although they seem soft, these cookies end up hardening when they cool down.
