To counteract the excesses that we will surely have during the weekend, we have prepared an avocado, orange and almond salad that is the lightest to eat.

Ingredients
6-8 lettuce leaves
2 table oranges
1 Avocado
15-20 almonds with skin
Sal Island
Pepper
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
A tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Preparation
We put the lettuce leaves to wash, and once washed we drain them and leave them reserved. Peel the orange and slice it. We do the same with the avocado, peel it and slice it.
We prepare a bowl and at the base of it, we put the lettuce. On it the orange slices and the avocado slices. Decorate with a few almonds.
Finally, we prepare the dressing, mixing the oil, salt, Modena vinegar, a dash of Dijon mustard and pepper. We remove the dressing so that all the ingredients are well incorporated and we dress our salad.
