Salmon and prawn soup, very warm

Preparation

1. Peel the onions, carrots, tomato, celery and parsley. Remove the heads of the prawns, reserving the tails. In a large pot, add the salmon tail together with the vegetables and the heads of the prawns. Add water, salt and parsley.

2. Once it begins to boil, we remove the foam that appears, with the help of a slotted spoon, and let everything simmer for about three quarters of an hour.

3. When the cooking is over, we strain the broth to avoid having thorns. Discard everything except the salmon meat.

4. While we peel the prawns, and sauté them with a little olive oil in a frying pan.

5. We serve the soup by putting a little salmon, vegetables and sautéed prawns on each plate.

6. Decorate with a little dill.
