Ingredients

  • 500 gr. boneless skinless salmon
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 green tomatoes
  • 100 gr. of tender sprouts for salad
  • aioli (50 gr. of avocado flesh, 2 cloves of garlic, 100 ml. of oil)
  • pepper
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. To prepare the aioli, crush the garlic with the oil in a mortar and stir until we get a cream

  2. Then we add the avocado passed through the mixer. If we want to make the aioli quickly, we add all the ingredients to the mixer until we get a fine cream.

  3. Sauté the salmon with oil and a little salt and pepper

  4. Cut the peeled and pitted avocado into slices

  5. The tomato we make fine cubes.

  6. Assemble the salad using the sprouts as a base

  7. Sprinkle the salmon and sliced ​​avocado on top.

  8. Add the tomato and dress with the aioli.

    We also use avocado oil, due to its beneficial qualities, and it has a very similar profile to olive oil. I especially use avocado for its varied contribution in vitamins, fats and proteins, it is a very nutritious food.
