I love salmon and it goes with everything, so tonight we are going to prepare on pizza, it is delicious, very juicy and it is super easy to prepare.

For the dough of two medium pizzas

300 gr strength flour
15 gr fresh pressed yeast
150 ml water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sal Island

For the filling

2 ripe tomatoes
1 ball of mozzarella
200 ml of cream for cooking
100 gr smoked salmon
Spinach
Olive oil
black olives

Preparation

Put the warm water together with the oil in a container, and add the crumbled yeast, incorporating it well into the liquids.
Add the flour, salt and knead well. Once we have the dough, we cover it with plastic wrap and let it double its volume for an hour.
After that time, we extend the dough and put it on a tray lined with baking paper.
Now, we decorate our pizza. To do this, we saute the spinach in a pan with a little oil. Brush the dough with olive oil, and cover with the sliced tomato, with salt and oregano.
We put it in the oven previously hot at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. After that time, we take it out and put the mozzarella slices on top and bake again for another 10 minutes.
Take out the pizza and place the spinach and sliced smoked salmon together with the cream and some black olives, and bake another 2 more minutes.
Ready to eat!
