Ingredients

  • 400 grams of fresh salmon
  • an onion
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of ripe tomatoes
  • 350cc of cava
  • a tablespoon of flour
  • a tablespoon of liquid cream
  • a sprig of thyme and a sprig of tarragon.

Preparation

  1. Cut the tomatoes in two and remove the seeds, chop the onion and place everything in a pan with a little butter, and add the herbs.

  2. Place this cooking in a baking dish and place the salmon on top, and pour the cava on top

  3. We put in a medium oven for half an hour, when it is ready, we put the salmon aside and with the cooking juice we make a sauce.

  4. The sauce will be made up of the cooking juice, butter, flour and liquid cream.

  5. We serve the salmon by pouring the sauce over it and that's it.
