Ingredients

  • A fresh pizza dough
  • 1 little thyme
  • 3 cans of sardines
  • 1 / 2 cebolla
  • Fried tomato
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pitted green olives

Preparation

  1. We put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

  2. Meanwhile, on the kitchen counter we stretch the fresh pizza dough and place it on an oven rack to which we will have previously put baking paper.

  3. Chop the onion very finely and fry it with a little olive oil. Once fried, place it on absorbent kitchen paper to remove excess oil, and leave it reserved.

  4. We remove the sardines from the can in olive oil and leave them on a plate.

  5. We spread the fried tomato over the pizza dough, then we add the onion, the grated mozzarella cheese and finally the sardines and green olives.

  6. We bake for about 30/35 minutes at 180 degrees and we will have a delicious pizza to eat!
