Ingredients

  • A cabbage
  • 8/10 sausages
  • 4 slices of natural pineapple
  • 250 gr of fresh cheese in cubes
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. The first thing we will do is prepare the cabbage by chopping it into small pieces. We put it in a bowl or container.

  2. We are adding the chopped sausages, the chopped pineapple, the grated carrots, and the chopped cheese.

  3. With the help of a spoon, stir the yogurt to make it creamier and add it to the salad.

  4. Mix everything well and season.
