I like that the vegetables it is crispy, you can tell that it is there. But if you think that this is not going to be to the liking of the children, I suggest the following: cook it first and then put it in the pan or in the saucepan already crushed. They will take it without realizing it.

Ingredients
- 1/2 branch of celery
- 1 Carrot
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 20 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 350 g of sausage
- 350 g of tomato paste
- 1/2 glass of red wine
- Sal Island

- Aromatic herbs
Preparation
We clean celery, onion and carrot.
Lo we chop all.
We put oil in our saucepan or frying pan and, when it is hot, we add the chopped vegetables.
While i know sauté, we remove the skin from the sausage with our hands.
We put that minced meat in the saucepan, next to the vegetables, and sauté it lightly.
After a few minutes we incorporate the red wine and cook for a few more minutes.
We add now the crushed tomato, salt (little) and pepper. We let everything cook, over not very high heat, for at least 30 minutes, and with the lid on.
After that time we will have our ragú, ready to serve.
