Ingredients

10 pork sausages (Also known as butcher sausages or longanizas)
1 cebolla
180 gr. white wine
olive oil
1 tablespoon of flour
chopped parsley
water or chicken or meat broth (optional)

Preparation

Cut the onion into fine julienne strips.
In a frying pan, add a drizzle of oil and the onion. Salt and fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat until the onion takes on a transparent color and begins to brown.
Add the sausages whole or cut in half. Cook moving them so that they are done a little on all sides.
Once we see that the sausages begin to be done, add a tablespoon of flour and stir constantly for 1 minute or so so that the flour does not remain raw. (You will see that it is a bit doughy, it is normal, this flour will help us to make the sauce more dense and creamy).
Then pour the wine, raise the heat and stir so that the flour dissolves well and the alcohol evaporates.
Cook for a few more minutes over low-medium heat until we see that the sauce thickens and the sausages are completely done.
Try the sauce, if, as I have mentioned, it is too strong, you can now add a little water or broth and cook a couple more minutes.
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley and serve.
