- 1 green apple

Wild rice has a particular aroma and flavor which make it ideal for use in garnishes and salads. It is advisable not to use dressings that are too strong or in too much quantity so that they do not eclipse its flavor. In addition, in this salad the ingredients are already tasty: crab, dried fruits, celery, sour apple ...
Preparation: 1. While we boil the rice in broth or water with a little salt and for as long as the container indicates, we are preparing the ingredients for the salad.
2. We start by chopping the celery and chives into small pieces. On the other hand, we can also cut the prawns and crab very thin. The apple, we cut it into small cubes at the end, so that it does not oxidize.
3. We also prepare the vinaigrette with the oil, salt, pepper, vinegar and honey. We shake all the ingredients.
4. We drain the rice very well and mix it with the vegetables, the apple, the nuts and the shellfish. Season and let the salad rest in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
