Vegetables and seafood come together in this dish that serves both as the first in a lunch and as the only one for a not too copious but complete dinner. The top of the recipe is the gratin based on bechamel and cheese.
Ingredients: 2 zucchini, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 150 gr. of peeled prawns, 100 gr. of crab meat, 1 can of pickled mussels, 300 ml. of bechamel, grated cheese, oil, salt and pepper
Preparation: We start by washing and splitting the zucchini in half lengthwise. We carefully remove the meat from each half with the help of a knife and chop it very well. Season the halves and bake them at 180 degrees until tender.
Meanwhile, sauté the chopped onion and grated tomato for about ten minutes. Next we add the zucchini meat and sauté well. When the zucchini is done and there are no juices left in the sauce, add the prawns. We get a little dizzy and salt and pepper. Now we add the crab meat and the minced mussels.
We put this filling on the zucchini halves, cover with bechamel and grated cheese and gratin.
